I am in the process of planning a return to clinical work in Crystal Lake, Illinois, where I will be offering individual therapy for women through HerSpace, my women-centered therapy offering.

This work focuses on supporting women who are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts, motherhood, and the emotional weight of managing multiple roles and expectations.

In-person availability in Crystal Lake is expected to open in the coming months. Until that time, virtual therapy remains available across Illinois.
